A seasoned coach/manager in football with a proven track record in high performance using multi-faceted, objective based approaches. Have been involved in numerous organisations to create multidisciplinary approaches including the Women’s International program for Northern Ireland. Played a significant role developing the curriculum for the pathway that was implemented successfully. Experienced in different environments within football (men’s, women’s, youth, and International Football), successfully aligning outcomes with key performance indicators. A strong background in analysis and I utilise a technical approach in my coaching philosophy. Being a former footballer, I hope to impart my experiences in playing and coaching to support an organisation who is progressive whilst continuing to improve my knowledge.
